Currency and network
A cryptocurrency can be transferred over several networks. For your deposit, use exactly the network linked to the deposit address in your Duel account.
Your balance with us is held in cryptocurrency. To deposit, the currency, network and recipient address must match. Any amount displayed in US dollars is an equivalent value that changes with crypto prices.
18+. Gamble responsibly. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
After signing in, open “Wallet” and select “Deposit”. For a crypto transfer, use the deposit address and corresponding network provided there. You must deposit using your own payment methods; other people may not use your account for their payments.
A cryptocurrency can be transferred over several networks. For your deposit, use exactly the network linked to the deposit address in your Duel account.
Copy the deposit address from your Duel account into the recipient field in your wallet or provider's app. Select the same network there too.
When sending, confirm the amount and any applicable fee. Some providers deduct the fee from the amount sent. Keep your transaction ID in case you need help.
Once a crypto transfer has been sent, it generally cannot be reversed. Sending to the wrong address or over the wrong network can result in lost funds. We do not reimburse losses caused by these mistakes.
You can use your own wallet or an account with a crypto service to deposit cryptocurrency. The sending service must support the currency and network selected for your Duel deposit.
You can deposit Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and USD Coin with us. We also accept Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), TRON (TRX), Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Chainlink (LINK), Avalanche (AVAX), Gram (GRAM) and Hedera (HBAR).
For USDT, you can choose Ethereum (ERC20), Solana, Tron (TRC20), Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) or Polygon. Each address belongs to its selected network. An ERC20 address is therefore not a substitute for a TRC20 deposit.
Through “Deposit with Cash”, you can buy cryptocurrency for your Duel account from an external payment provider. Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, paysafecard, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Which ones you can use depends on your country, chosen currency and provider.
Card payments, e-wallets and bank transfers are ways to buy crypto here. They do not mean your balance is held in euros or Swiss francs. The provider may require separate verification and charge processing fees.
Don’t send a currency you cannot select in your account to a different deposit address. For questions, contact us at [email protected].
The dollar equivalent of your balance can change even if the amount of cryptocurrency you hold remains the same. It is estimated using current crypto prices and rises or falls with the market, even when you’re not playing.
We don’t guarantee a fixed value in Swiss francs or US dollars for the amount you deposit. The equivalent value may also be different when you withdraw later. Purchases made through “Deposit with Cash” are processed by an external provider. Your casino balance remains in cryptocurrency.
We don’t earn money from deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may still charge network or processing fees, which you are responsible for.
Crypto transfers may incur network fees. The amount and how it is charged depend on the network and your provider.
Fees can reduce the amount that reaches the recipient. If a minimum applies, the amount received must still meet it after any deductions.
Your payment provider may also limit how much you can send in one transfer. For questions about limits on your Duel account, tell us the currency and the amount you want to send.
When buying crypto through “Deposit with Cash”, the selected provider’s limits and fees apply. They may vary by payment method, currency and country. Even with a direct crypto transfer, your sending service may impose minimum amounts and fees. If you’re unsure about a limit, contact our support team at [email protected] before sending funds.
A confirmation in your wallet doesn’t always mean the transfer has been confirmed on the network. While the transaction is still pending there, it isn’t complete. Making another deposit won’t speed up the first transfer.
Contact us at [email protected]. Never send us your password, private wallet key or recovery phrase. If you send a screenshot, hide this information.
A deposit adds funds to your Duel account. A crypto withdrawal sends funds from your account to your wallet. The address and network must also match for withdrawals. We may require identity verification before a withdrawal.
Deposits aren’t automatically refunded. Our support team can help with withdrawal questions or unclear payments.
After signing in, open the deposit section of your account. For a crypto transfer, use the currency, network and deposit address specified there. Send funds using your own payment method and keep the transaction ID.
For direct crypto deposits, we support BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and LTC, among others. Under “Deposit with Cash”, cards, e-wallets or bank transfers may be available to buy cryptocurrency. The options depend on your country and provider; the currency and network must match for the crypto transfer.
Your balance is held in cryptocurrency. Any displayed equivalent, such as a US-dollar value, is an estimate that changes with crypto prices. We don't guarantee a fixed equivalent in Swiss francs.
Visa and Mastercard may be available through “Deposit with Cash” to buy cryptocurrency. An external provider processes the purchase. Its country restrictions, verification, fees and amount limits also apply. Your balance with us remains in cryptocurrency.
We don't earn money from deposit fees. Payment providers may charge network or processing fees, which you must pay.
Before transferring, confirm the minimum for your selected currency and payment method in your account or with our support team. Take into account any fees your provider deducts from the amount sent.
The time depends on your provider's processing and the network confirmations. You can track the network status using the transaction ID. Sending another deposit won't speed up a pending transaction.
If the transaction is confirmed, send our support team your username, currency, network, amount and transaction ID. Our email address is [email protected]. Don't send passwords or private wallet keys.
You must use your own payment methods. Other people are not permitted to use your Duel account for deposits or withdrawals.
