Duel

Responsible Gambling

Gambling can lead to financial problems and addiction. It is not a reliable source of income. You must be at least 18 and meet the legal minimum age in your location to play.

Set limits on spending and playing time

A fixed budget and a time limit can help you stay in control of your gambling. Never use money needed for rent, bills or other essential expenses. Trying to recover losses by placing more bets can lead to even greater losses. Limit your playing time even when you are winning.

Recognise the warning signs

If you borrow money to gamble, hide your losses or neglect work or relationships because of gambling, seek support. The same applies if you can no longer stick to planned breaks or limits you have set yourself.

Time-outs and self-exclusion

You can request a seven-day time-out through Duel Support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion lasts at least six months. During self-exclusion, your account is blocked and you will not receive marketing messages. If you have accounts with other gambling operators, you must request exclusion from each separately.
