Your use of Duel is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Immortal Snail LLC, as well as the privacy and cookie policies. If language versions differ, the English version takes precedence.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and meet the legal minimum age in your location to play. Gambling must be permitted by law where you are located. You may not bypass country restrictions.
Accounts and fair play
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details. Bots, collusion to gain an unfair advantage, and exploiting bugs or the referral system are prohibited. Breaches may result in transactions being reversed or your account being suspended.
Bets
Once placed, bets are final. Losing bets are not refunded. The rules of each game also apply; in the event of a conflict, the Terms and Conditions take precedence.
Deposits and withdrawals
You must use your own payment methods to deposit. For crypto transfers, the account holder is responsible for entering the correct recipient address and selecting the right network. Third-party providers may charge network or processing fees. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal.
Your balance is held in cryptocurrency. Any fiat currency equivalents displayed are estimates and fluctuate with market prices.
