Duel Casino Withdrawals

Want to withdraw your balance? Request a withdrawal through your Duel account. For a crypto transfer, use your own wallet address and the correct network. We may verify your identity before releasing funds.

Processing times and status

18+. Gamble responsibly. Only stake what you can afford to lose.

From your account to your wallet

After signing in, open “Wallet” and select “Withdraw”. For a crypto transfer, you’ll need a receiving address belonging to your own wallet or your own account with a crypto service. The currency and network must match at both ends.

  1. Prepare your receiving address

Copy the receiving address from your wallet or account with the crypto service. The network selected there must also be suitable for your Duel withdrawal. The same coin can be transferred over different networks, and an address doesn't automatically work with all of them.

  2. Enter the amount and address

Enter the receiving address and the amount you want to withdraw. If your receiving provider also requires a tag or memo, it needs this identifier to credit the transfer to your account. Without it, the funds may not be credited. If you're unsure, contact our support team before sending.

  3. Confirm the details

Before submitting, compare the receiving address with the one in your wallet. The network and amount must also be correct. Fees may affect the amount the recipient receives. Once sent, a crypto transfer generally cannot be reversed.

You are responsible for the payment details you provide. We don’t reimburse losses caused by an incorrect address, the wrong network or accidental transfers. Other people must not use your account to make withdrawals.

Cryptocurrencies and withdrawal networks

You can withdraw Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and USD Coin, among others, to your own wallet. We also support Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), TRON (TRX), Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Chainlink (LINK), Avalanche (AVAX), Gram (GRAM) and Hedera (HBAR).

  • BitcoinBTC
  • EthereumETH
  • TetherUSDT
  • USD CoinUSDC

For USDT and USDC, you also choose a network. Your receiving provider must support that exact network for the selected currency.

CurrencyWithdrawal networks
USDTEthereum (ERC20), Solana, Tron (TRC20), Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), Polygon
USDCEthereum (ERC20), Solana, Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), Polygon

Select “Currency” in the form and enter the “Withdrawal address” and “Amount”. “Max” fills in your available balance; the amount field also displays the quantity in your selected cryptocurrency. The transfer fee is shown under “Transaction fee”.

Buying crypto using Visa, Mastercard or an e-wallet doesn’t set up withdrawals to those payment methods. Withdraw your balance by sending cryptocurrency to a suitable receiving address.

How long does a Duel withdrawal take?

Two separate stages stand between submitting your request and receiving funds in your wallet: processing by Duel and confirmation on the network. If we still need documents for identity verification, processing may take longer. Network congestion, among other factors, affects how quickly the transfer is confirmed afterwards.

Before sending

Without a transaction ID, you cannot track the transfer in a blockchain explorer yet. Our support team can confirm whether your withdrawal is still being processed or whether details are missing.

On the network

Use the transaction ID to track the transfer in the explorer for the network used. A pending confirmation means the transaction has not yet been completed on that network.

At the receiving provider

A crypto exchange may wait for several network confirmations before crediting the amount to your account. Your receiving provider is responsible for this final stage.

Processing, verification and network confirmation times vary between withdrawals. If your withdrawal remains pending, tell us when you submitted the request and its current status. Making a second request won’t speed up the first transfer.

Identity verification before withdrawal

We may request proof of identity before processing a withdrawal. If requested documents are missing, we cannot continue processing it. You’ll be told which documents are required during verification.

If you’re unsure how to submit the requested documents, contact us at [email protected]. Don’t send a copy of your ID to anyone whose connection to Duel you cannot verify.

Keep your password, private wallet keys and recovery phrases to yourself. Never send them to support.

Fees, limits and withdrawal amounts

Fees

We don't earn money from withdrawal fees. Third-party providers may charge network or processing fees, which you must pay. The fee is shown under “Transaction fee” in the withdrawal form. It depends on your transfer and may reduce the amount received in your wallet.

Minimum and maximum amounts

If you have questions about withdrawal limits, tell us the currency, network and amount you wish to withdraw. Your receiving crypto provider may also require a minimum amount before crediting your account.

Equivalent value in CHF

The equivalent value of your cryptocurrency changes with market prices. Any displayed dollar amount is an estimate. We don't guarantee a fixed withdrawal value in Swiss francs.

Withdrawal pending, rejected or missing?

The request remains pending
A pending request is not yet a confirmed crypto transfer. Tell us when you made the request, the currency and the amount. If you're stuck during verification, describe the step causing the issue.
The withdrawal was rejected
If the reason is unclear, send us the exact wording of the message. Repeatedly submitting the same details won't fix an incorrect address or unsupported network.
Transfer confirmed, but wallet balance is missing
Use the transaction ID to find the recipient address and transferred amount in the blockchain explorer. If the address and network are correct, your receiving provider can investigate the missing credit. If a tag or memo was required, they will also need that identifier.
Wrong address or network
Contact us and the receiving provider as quickly as possible. Recovery is not guaranteed. Crypto transfers that have already been sent cannot be cancelled like ordinary bank transactions.

We're here to help with your withdrawal

Contact our support team at [email protected]. These details will help us locate your request:

  • Your Duel username
  • Date and approximate time of your request
  • Currency, network and amount
  • Status or exact wording of the error message
  • Transaction ID, if available

A screenshot can help if a message is difficult to describe. Hide passwords, private wallet keys and recovery phrases before sending it. You don’t need to attach identity documents for a general question about a fee or limit.
